In a fast-paced world where your work encroaches on your life, it is crucial for Virginians of all ages to unplug and recharge for better mental and physical health. Body Language Expert Blanca Cobb says disconnecting from work allows your brain to rest, reduces stress, and improves your overall well-being. She says setting boundaries, such as establishing specific work hours and creating a dedicated workspace at home, can help maintain a healthy work-life balance. Cobb adds that unplugging from work devices during off-hours and practicing mindfulness techniques can aid in de-stressing and unwinding. Learn more on Blanca Cobb's facebook page.

Kate Douglass and Gretchen Walsh helped the U.S. team to a silver medal in the 100-meter freestyle relay on Saturday, setting an American record in the event. Walsh won silver in the 100-meter butterfly last night, finishing just behind teammate Torri Huske. Walsh will be back in the water today competing in the women's 100-meter freestyle.
