A familiar face is in charge of Chesterfield County schools for now. The district announced yesterday that Dr. John Murray was named interim superintendent. He's currently deputy superintendent, and he'll start his new job September First. He'll replace Mervin Daugherty, who's retiring. Murray says while the district is in a time of transition, our goals and daily work remains the same.
