Ideas are being exchanged on what to do with a Richmond cemetery. A meeting was held yesterday at the Black History Museum to discuss the future of the Shockoe Hill African Burying Ground. It's the final resting place of over 20-thousand people, including slaves. City Planner Kim Chen, though, says most of it is now under I-95 and is covered by a billboard and gas station. One suggestion to build a memorial garden was met with skepticism.
