U.S. Attorney Jessica Aber says the initiative aims to protect communities by encouraging early self-disclosure. High-ranking officials are not eligible for the program.
There seems to be some confusion over a historic trail in Richmond. The city announced Friday the Pipeline Trail would be closing due to safety concerns. Yesterday, though, the trail was still open even though there's a No Trespassing sign. Residents exploring the trail didn't seem bothered. One man tells 12 On Your Side he hopes the trail stays open.
Most Americans plan to get this year's flu shot, but not the new COVID-19 booster. In a new survey from the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, 56-percent said they will get the flu shot but only 43-percent said they'll get the Covid booster. Over a third of respondents also said they've gotten Covid vaccines in the past but do not plan to again. The same percent of respondents said they don’t need any of the vaccines mentioned in the poll.
