A man and a woman are facing charges in Fairfax County after allegedly chaining two kids to a table inside an apartment. Police were called to the apartment last month after the kids managed to send a picture of the handcuffs and chains to another adult. The seven and nine-year-old boys were allegedly chained to a table for several hours while the two adults were not in the apartment. The boys are now living with their father, while the two suspects are charged with cruelty, neglect and abduction.

Virginia State Police announced yesterday they're looking for Hunter Blake Cook. The 27-year-old is considered a Critically Missing Adult. Richmond Police say his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety. Cook is described as white, six-feet tall, 155 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair and a small tattoo on his right cheekbone.
