Richmond residents want some answers after going almost a month without mail. Residents at Stonewall Place in Manchester say they were told mail carriers couldn't access their mailbox because of a problem with the key. Mail wasn't being delivered for weeks, and that was a serious problem for those who rely on the mail to get their medicine. Mail delivery finally resumed on Saturday, just in time for one woman who was close to running out of her medicine. She tells CBS 6 if she had run out, she would have panicked because that's life or death. The USPS and the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority say they're investigating.
