Alcohol is suspected in a crash in Richmond. A car drove into Boulevard Burger and Brew restaurant Friday on North Arthur Ashe Boulevard. Police say three people in a stopped car were arguing when a man driving the car got out and tried to remove a woman from the car. The woman, though, got into the driver's seat and tried to drive off. Police say she lost control and hit the restaurant. No one was inside. Police say the woman was arrested and charged with driving while impaired and reckless driving. The restaurant remains closed.
