A Richmond business owner is trying to rebuild after what he calls a gut-wrenching incident. Chris Tsui [[sway]] owns Boulevard Burger and Brew on North Arthur Ashe Boulevard. It has been closed since Friday when a car crashed into the building. Tsui has been trying to rebuild while helping his employees find work at other restaurants. That rebuild could take a few months. He tells 8News he hopes to be able to reopen in time for the tenth anniversary in January.
