Two Virginia state troopers are being credited with pulling a woman from a sinking car in Fairfax County. The rescue happened Sunday, when the woman's car drove off Interstate 66 and into a retention pond. The troopers, identified as A. King and B. Foret, jumped into the pond and pulled the woman out of the car through the sunroof.
