Virginia's Attorney General condemns racist text messages sent out following the Presidential election.Preview: A Fairfax police officer is recovering after a suspect vehicle hit him earlier this week. Investigators say the officer pulled over the vehicle after a larceny at Ace Hardware in the Main Street Marketplace on Tuesday. The driver of the vehicle backed into the officer before driving away. Authorities were able to find the five suspects who were in the vehicle and charged with driver with multiple offenses, including drug and firearm possession and attempted malicious wounding of a law enforcement officer. The other suspects were charged with grand larceny for their alleged role in the theft at the hardware store.

Kennedy Jr. says entire departments at the Food and Drug Administration will have to go if he plays a role in the new Trump administration.Preview: Asked yesterday if he would eliminate any health agencies, Kennedy said, "as long as it requires congressional approval, I wouldn't be doing that." But, he did say that he can "get the corruption out of the agencies."
