Following order to interfere in the drug trade at the southern border leads to warnings that the drug cartel could use drones to drop bombs on border patrol agents. Fox News reports the U.S. military is using surveillance aircraft along the southern border with Mexico to gather intelligence and conduct reconnaissance. The aircraft have been deployed since President Trump declared a national emergency, and discussions are ongoing at the Pentagon to ensure they do not collect intelligence on U.S. citizens.

An annual event in Richmond is a reminder for cancer patients that they're not alone. The Massey Comprehensive Center held its 30th annual Women and Wellness luncheon yesterday at The Jefferson Hotel. Melissa Weaver is the event chair and a cancer survivor. She tells CBS 6 the luncheon is important because it lets people know they have support, and their lives matter.  
 
 
Decades after his death, Arthur Ashe's words continue to inspire. A mural of the tennis legend was unveiled yesterday at the Henrico Sports and Events Center. It includes a quote from Ashe: "Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can." Those words made an impact on Hezekiyah [[hezz-uh-kye-uh]] Baylor, who made the mural. The artist tells 12 On Your Side you have to start somewhere with what you have.
