An employee of the Stafford County school system is facing multiple charges for taking pictures of children without permission. The Stafford County Sheriff's Office arrested 56-year-old Eric Van Orden yesterday. Authorities began investigating Van Orden when a student at Conway Elementary School reported him for acting inappropriately toward a female student. He's been charged with 19 felonies and one misdemeanor connected to taking pictures and videos of unsuspecting children.
