Some Lynchburg residents are frustrated with the behavior of those at city hall.Preview: An effort to recall four members of the Purcellville [[PURSE-ville]] Town Council is moving forward. The Loudoun County Office of Elections has reportedly certified signatures on petitions to recall the mayor, vice mayor and two other members of the council. Leaders of the recall effort say it was prompted by concerns that the four members were having private discussions about council business. The petitions will be reviewed by the Commonwealth's Attorney to determine if there are valid reasons to remove the four council members.
