A man is facing animal cruelty charges after a dog died inside a hot car at a Manassas mall. The suspect allegedly left a two-year-old American bulldog inside the car for several hours on Friday. Prince William County police arrested 28-year-old Malik Lee Dorsey-O'Bannon after the dog was pronounced dead. Investigators said the man had six other dogs with him inside the mall, and that those dogs appeared to be in good condition.
