Plans are in place to bring back a popular fundraiser for Richmond Public Schools. Mayor Levar Stoney announced yesterday the RVA East End Festival will be held September 21st at Chimborazo Park on East Broad Street. Money raised from the music and arts festival goes to the district's arts programs in East End schools. Organizers say they have raised almost half-a-million dollars from the event since 2016. They hope to raise over 300-thousand this year.
