The owner of a shop in Henrico was vandalized and robbed but the owner says police didn't notify him. Brett McCray, owner of Need-Ful Things & More tells CBS6 he experienced a break-in at his store in the overnight hours Monday. He says the alarm company followed protocol by calling police, but he slept through his phone call from the alarm company.Preview: McCray says he is frustrated with the lack of communication from police. Due to over $10,000 in damage and theft of jewelry, he plans to temporarily close his shop for repairs. Police are investigating the burglary.
