A gaggle of New York residents will be answering larceny and burglary charges for a series of organized retail thefts in the DMV. Eight adults and two minors were busted Sunday trying to flee the Target on Edwards Ferry Road in Leesburg with all sorts of merchandise. Their two vehicles were intercepted while exiting the parking lot and a search uncovered goods taken from the Target and other area retailers. The minors arrested were released to family members. The adults involved were primarily in their mid-20s or early 30s.
