A 57-year-old man died at the hospital weeks after being struck by a car in Fairfax County. The incident occurred on Sept. 24 when Glen Simmons was hit by a Kia Forte while walking near the intersection of Patrick Henry Drive and Arlington Boulevard in Seven Corners. DC News now reports that Despite being initially treated for non-life-threatening injuries, Simmons passed away from injuries sustained in the crash.
