The death of a Virginia Beach man who was in the Sheriff's custody has been ruled a homicide. The medical examiner in Norfolk says Rolin Hill died aftert being restraint in a way that resulted in deprivaton of oxygen. On Friday, the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office announced the five police officers involved in Hill's death have been terminated. The Sheriff's Office had originally said Hill's death was due to a medical emergency after being restrained by deputies. The investigation is ongoing.  
 
Charlottesville officials are soliciting public feedback on elementary school rezonings and renamings. Rebecca Hughes with more.

Twenty-six Halifax County residents, including George Oliver, say Brightspeed continues to charge them for phone service they haven't been able to use since August 15th. Empower Broadband's David Lipscomb tells WSET Brightspeed incorrectly marked their lines, so when Empower dug in to run their own lines, the phone lines got severed. Libscomb says no one from Brightspeed has responded to their attempts to contact them.
