A political sign in Virginia is raising eyebrows with some nearby residents citing safety concerns. The sign, on private property, features Vice President Kamala Harris, and appears to be booby trapped with shotgun shells filled with what looks like gunpowder. Loudown County Sheriff and the county's Fire Marshal's Office investigated the sign over the weekend after a neighbor called to report the shotgun shells. A separate neighbor also called authorities after noticing a camera strapped to one of the trees near the sign. Authorities say the sign's owner has not broken any laws and the camera was set up legally on private property to deter trespassers.

Virginia Beach officials say organizers for the festival have requested the dates of April 26-27 for the event. The city says it plans to move forward with planning during those dates to ensure a safe and successful event. Virginia Beach leaders say they felt blindsided after organizers abruptly canceled the festival with less than a month before it was supposed to take place. Event organizers says fans who purchased tickets for this year's event will have first access to buy passes for the event in 2025.
