Residents of a Portsmouth apartment building say they were handed eviction notices days before the Thanksgiving holiday. Residents from London Oaks Apartments say the management company said they sent out some notices incorrectly. PK Management which is the company that manages the apartment community released a statement saying they're working diligently to correct the error and sincerely apologize to households who received the notice in error.

Thomas Cage reports...Preview: A Naval Weapons Station sailor has been charged in connection to the death of a fellow sailor. The Navy says they will not release the name of the accused sailor until charges have been officially referred. Twenty-two year-old Master at Arms Petty Officer Third Class Lyndon Joel Cosgriff-Flax fell overboard during a training excersice back in April. A report said Cosgriff-Flax sustained fatal injuries from the fall. Now, court documents say the accused sailor killed Cosgriff-Flax by operating a harbor safety boat in a negligent manor.
