A woman was arrested in Mathews County after allegedly attempting to set fire to a residence following a verbal disagreement that turned physical. The victim and a witness identified the suspect, who fled before deputies arrived. The suspect, 33-year-old Lacy Cash, was later arrested and charged with threatening to bomb or damage a building.
