A Virginia Beach businessman has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. Forty-five year-old Benjamin Young was sentenced yesterday on a number of sexual assault charges . He was convicted back in June of 2024 after a jury trial. The Commonwealth's Attorney's Office says Young sexually assaulted a former employee of his at his HVAC company, Hybrid Air. After serving time, Young must register as a sex offender and undergo sex offender treatment. He also must remain on good behavior for 45 years.
