A renter in Richmond says he's out more than 400-dollars after falling victim to a rental scam. The man tells WRIC he responded to a Facebook message from a woman by the name of Destiny Jackson about an apartment to rent. He says he agreed to pay Jackson biweekly for the apartment, but found out she didn't own the unit after making his first payment. The actual property owner says he was unaware Jackson was attempting to sublease. Jackson now has a warrant out for her arrest.
