The Virginia Bar Association has canceled a debate between U.S. Senator Tim Kaine and Republican challenger Hung Cao [[ cow ]]. The debate was scheduled for July 20th at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs. The bar association announced on its website that the debate was cancelled because it could not get a commitment from the Cao campaign.
