An annual summer tradition is back in Hanover County. The Hanover Tomato Festival starts tomorrow in Mechanicsville at Pole Green Park. Parks and Rec official Aaron Reidmiller says heat is synonymous with the festival, so precautions are in place. He tells 12 On Your Side there will be cooling stations and plenty of tents for shade.
