The chief of staff for Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin is stepping down. The governor announced yesterday that Jeff Goettman is leaving the post and will be replaced by state Secretary of Health and Human Resources John Littel. Goettman said the birth of his first grandchild and a recent health scare led to his decision to step down. Former Secretary of the Commonwealth Janet Vestal Kelly will replace Littel as Health and Human Services secretary.
