A northern Virginia house fire leaves 3 victims missing in Montclair. Prince William Co. Fire says the fire started about 6 Friday morning in an upscale neighborhood. Battalion Chief Tom Jarman tells News-4 the house collapsed partly.....Preview: Chief Jarman says the house will be a total loss. The Red Cross is helping everyone displaced and cause is under investigation.

The National Park Service is closing The Blue Ridge Parkway indefinitely due to storm damage it calls “catastrophic” in some place. The 469 mile roads runs from the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia to the Great Smoky Mountains National park in North Carolina. 250 park service employees from 32 states are working on the recovery.

V-P candidate J-D Vance inspects Virginia flood damage. The Republican talking with people late this week in the small southwest Virginia town of Damascus. Vance saying people need a lot of resources.....Preview: Vance and Gov. Youngkin surveyed damage to the town of 700 after several feet of water flooded the downtown and surrounding areas last week. A Chesapeake middle school teacher faces child porn charges. The complaint filed Wednesday in Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic District Court identifies the suspect as 25 yr old Deep Creek Middle School teacher Jordan Palomares. A criminal complaint alleges his laptop had photos of a student taken at school without her knowledge.
